  This is my 3rd time at this location and they have not failed to botch my order. This time I was there with my kids, and not only was there hair in their sandwich, they forgot half of the toppings we asked for and didn’t include an item I paid extra for.

  Thank you to Elizabeth and the staff over at the Fort Belvoir Jimmy John’s for making things right on our team order. We appreciate you guys getting us our food on time and making it work on short notice

  Showed up here 20+ minutes after placing an order online, and the fellow behind the counter told me that it wasn't ready and that they didn't have the order yet. They told me to come back in 40 minutes. Now, I get that things happen with tech and with waiting for bread to bake or cool, but the guy was pretty rude about it too. We ended up waiting a lot longer than 40 minutes. I don't think I'll be coming back to this location.

  The food was delicious! There was only one person working and he was very polite. Plus we got our food at a reasonable time. There was 5 in my party and 2 more customers. Fabulous service, definitely coming back
