Upon arrival, I waited 5–10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me, despite there being only three guests that they already took orders from. When I finally placed my order—a Detox Island drink and a Thai salad—the employee informed me that while they had salad, she wasn’t going to let me take “all her salad.” The way it was communicated came off as rude and unprofessional, leaving me questioning whether the salad was being saved for personal use or for other menu items. The entire experience was poorly handled, and this business is in serious need of improvement. Save your money and take the extra trip off-base to another Tropical Smoothie location—this one isn’t worth it. I won’t be returning.

Then I got a mouthful of soy protein in my mouth. I got a wrap too. I couldn't even taste the ingredients because sauce was pouring out. Disgusting. Poor quality control. Terrible staff. But thats aafes for ya
