- OGOphelia Grace777Aug 11, 20255.0As far as Subways goes, this is one of the nicest Subways I have visited in a long time. I selected the cafeteria in the hospital before going to Subways. After seeing the options available in the cafeteria, I decided to go to the Subways. I ordered a foot long meatball sandwich. I didn’t expect the price to be over $9 but not shocked. The sandwich was very good and half of it was enough to fill me up quickly for the day. I plan to visit this Subway again in the future.
- TCTj ChilesAug 13, 20241.0I recently visited this Subway and noticed a big sign at the front of the line advertising a deal for $6.99 for a personal pizza and a drink. When I went to check out, the employee attempted to ring up my order separately without offering the deal. When I asked about the $6.99 price, he didn’t respond and seemed to get flustered. He walked off without saying anything and when he returned, he still didn’t address my question. The customer service was incredibly disappointing. The employee eventually told me that he couldn’t give me the deal, but when I asked to at least buy some cookies, he refused to sell them to me. Please don’t advertise deals with big signs if your staff isn’t trained to honor them. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional, and I left the store feeling very dissatisfied.
