  This is probably one of the worst Panera Bread's I've ever been to, I'm serious. I've ordered here a couple of times through drive thru pick up and the service is great, employees are fast and kind. I got the pick two and I chose the avocado chipotle sandwich with the wild rice and cream soup. The first couple times I noticed the sandwich is a smaller portion than other Panera's give but I thought it was just because it's a different policy here at this location. Other than that the soup was the same as usual, creamy and thick consistency. Now, this is the fourth time I've gotten the food but it was just so disappointing. I got the pick two and chose avocado chipotle sandwich with the wild rice and cream soup. The sandwich was SO small, smaller than the portion they already give. The chicken inside was shredded and super chewy that I couldn't even swallow it. The soup was literally like water consistency and if you know, this soup usually has a way thicker consistency. Terrible food, I'm definitely bummed out about this location, I had higher hopes.

  I frequently go to Panera and IMO this is the worst I've ever been. I can't give less than 1 I guess. They don't take care of the walk-ins because all their attention is on the only vehicle going to the drive-thru. The order kiosk needs to be improved enormously. Really disappointed.

  This morning I ordered my breakfast through the app, but when I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready because, for some reason, they couldn't see the order on their computer. After showing them my order number and the payment charged to my bank account, the person in charge took my phone with her. I was in my car waiting for them to resolve the issue, and I was late for work. It took them 20 minutes. When they finally gave me my order, no one apologized; in fact, they seemed annoyed with me. The customer service is terrible!

  I have been to very few quick-service restaurants with this level of dedication to customer satisfaction and quality of product. Their staff is enthusiastic, efficient and makes it a pleasure to visit often!
