- SMShanell MNov 20, 20253.0I’m not a regular so I’m unsure if this was just an off day for Panera but I ordered three different soups chili, cream of chicken and wild rice and homestyle chicken noodle soup. The chili tasted absolutely awful just so grainy and bad flavor. Chicken noodle soup was half spilled in the bag because of the lids were put on not secured and the flavor was not great. The wild rice edible. Avoid the mango smoothie it’s disgusting. Stick with the sandwiches and sourdough bread. Wasn’t a fan of the chocolate chip cookie either. Drive thru personnel was pleasant and I considered driving back and going inside but it was already very late at night.

The staff is very courteous, and our food has consistently been excellent. Given that there are limited food options on Fort Belvoir, it’s understandable that this location can get busy during peak lunchtime hours, especially since it’s a new and popular spot. Order well in advance and utilize walk-in instead of the drive through if you suspect it will be busy. We also had our office lunch catered from here, and everything was prepared on time and to a high standard. Many thanks to the entire staff!

The staff were very friendly and courteous. This is one of the best Panera’s that I have had the pleasure of doing business with, I will definitely be back!
