  9/10 my sandwich is pretty great. But this last visit my sandwich bread was so soggy and thrown together and I literally picked up right when it was ready. Drove 5 minutes home and yuck. Jan 8 lunch time whom ever worked please take your time.

  Lunch rush. 2 workers in front and 1 "manager" i assume is in the back. Took order approximately 40 minutes. For 2 sandwiches. Among other orders being entirely forgotten by workers. Did not recieve bacon or pickles on either sandwich. Neither toasted as requested. I do not blame the regular employees. Since everyone present saw the Toxic work environment the manager made when asked to help in the back. When she then yelled and threatened the employees jobs for being slow as she was not helping.

  I have a very positive experience every time I visit this location. I go every Week. I’m quick, I don’t talk much, and I always order the same thing. At this point, the friendly staff knows my order the moment I walk through the door, and I can’t say how much I appreciate that. Even though I’m not really someone who strikes up conversations, their kindness and consistency make me feel welcomed. The service is always fast, the team is always friendly, and the whole experience just makes my day a little better. Highly recommend this location!

  Customer service sucks and they never answer the phone I’ve been calling to check on a refund. If the shop is closed why would you guys make it so that online orders still go through and it says open online even when closed. I want my money back

  The sub was good. The bread was fresh. No complaints. Would go back.
