The food has consistently been good, and the restroom was clean and smelled fresh, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the customer service did not match the quality of the food. Most of the staff appeared young and gave the impression that they didn’t want to be there. The overall attitude felt unwelcoming and inattentive. Management may want to pay closer attention to employee morale and customer interaction. If staff members are having a particularly bad day, it might be better to adjust scheduling rather than let that negatively affect customers. That would benefit the employees, the business, and the people being served. Since this Dunkin’ is located on an Army installation, a higher standard of service would better reflect the professionalism typically associated with the environment.
