- MHMarisol HernandezNov 23, 20251.0I was making new memories with my sister and I had finally convinced my sister to try dunkin instead of starbucks and took her here. We pulled right up to the restaurant and ordered as there was no customers there. We ordered a few items and were told to park to wait for our order. As we waited she decided to order more items to bring home for the rest of the family to try. All together i spent more than $60. It took them a long time to bring our order and when they did it was incorrect and only 2 drinks were right, and were missing 3 items. The young lady seemed to be struggling since she was on the heavier side and was not in the best mood. Thats ok we let it go because people are allowed to have bad days. We told the girl that we missing food items and so she went back in to bring the items missing. We then noticed that my drink was missing. So my sister went inside to let her know and she got upset and told my sister she would have to pay for another one because we were not charged regardless if it was their mistake and regardless of the countless inconveniences we had experienced. My sister then told me she would switch her drink instead so that i can get my drink since i drink dunkin regularly and went inside to switch hers out for mine. So she went back in and told the lady and the lady grabbed the drink and aggressively threw it in the sink. The lady would rather throw away and waste the drink than to allow a customer to go without being thirsty or enjoy the coffee. She then made the drink upset. My sister never once disrespected her and just allowed the lady to have her terrible attitude. I apologized to my sister for the terrible customer service. It still hurts me that my sister wasn't able to have her coffee and enjoy the experience of my favorite coffee place.
