Our orders were basic, we were the only ones in there, and we are polite. Not much engagement from the subway peeps. Not that is there job to entertain us but I guess I expect some professionalism/politeness.
- JMJoey MaroneyMay 30, 20241.0Horrible staffing, Lynchburg has poor customer service in general, but they redefine the definition of bad customer service here. It hard to order when every time they ask you a question about the food they seem genuinely angry at you and like you’re a burden. I know no one wants to work in customer service and it can be extremely taxing and exhausting to work in the food industry. But there is zero effort to make a positive impression here, fake or genuine. There is however, a strong effort to make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout the whole experience. Unfortunately this is the best subway in town as far as food goes, but everything else about this place is awful.
