They could not refund me nor were willing to make my food. Was instructed I would have to come back another day. For my time I requested to either be refunded and provided the food, or upgraded for free to a more premium offering. I was denied both and advised the manager I would not be returning to McDonald's again in my life. And believe me ...I will not.
