- CAChristian Aragon6 days ago1.0I love Bo. Anytime I get the change, I'm trying to get Bojangles. BUT THE SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE. I have came to this bojangles many times in the past years but at this point me and many people that i know are reluctant to go here because of how bad the service here. Few times I've came here I've been told that their out of chicken, biscuits, or bo rounds in the middle of the day. Other times I've came here, I've been told that I can't have any sweet tea because their "understaffed," but than you look inside and you just see a bunch of people doing nothing. There's no manners either. The people here act like they just want you gone, they can't even break a smile. But the worst person there is easily who I assume to be the manager. She doesn't enforce any rules and she's the most rude person in the building. I genuinely do not want to come here because I know that there's going to be some sort of issue with food and that I'll have to deal with the manager because of it. Please get a new staff #MAKEBOGREATAGAIN

You can only speak to a computer when ordering through the drive thru and I have never once not had to pull up and wait in their parking lot for a simple 3 piece tender order. Everyone has to pull forward and wait. It's like a used car lot in front of the store because you can never actually get your food at the window.
