When they came back everyone was frantic. They had forgotten our sub in the toaster so it got burnt, then did not have another wheat sub, so we had to get something else. While paying for our food, I was charged for 2 drinks when I only got one. Charged for cookies, which I did not get because everyone was too concerned with the inspector rather than doing their job. Very poor experience this evening. Also makes you wonder what they were so worried about failing, rather than providing their customers with good service.

I placed my order through the app, checked every detail, and it showed exactly what I wanted — but they still managed to mess it up. I even went back to make sure it wasn’t my mistake, and it wasn’t. The order was correct on my end; they just didn’t care enough to make it right. It’s annoying to spend money and not even get what you paid for. This isn’t the first time either, and it’s clear they don’t pay attention. Do better.

My only problem was that my new Baja steak and cheese sandwich just didn't have any flavor. The menu board said it was new steak and new cheese and new bread but it tasted the same as the old stuff. My biggest problem was the steak is cut so thin that by the time I got to the second half of my sandwich it was cold. Also didn't get the cheese with the meat so the cheese could melt. I also didn't know about any Baja sauce that would have improved the flavor. The steak was tasteless. The only flavor I had in my sandwich was the onions.
