  We had finished up our order, but then an inspector (im guessing) walked in and literally the entire staff disappeared for a few minutes. When they came back everyone was frantic. They had forgotten our sub in the toaster so it got burnt, then did not have another wheat sub, so we had to get something else. While paying for our food, I was charged for 2 drinks when I only got one. Charged for cookies, which I did not get because everyone was too concerned with the inspector rather than doing their job. Very poor experience this evening. Also makes you wonder what they were so worried about failing, rather than providing their customers with good service.

  I’m honestly done ordering from Subway after this. I placed my order through the app, checked every detail, and it showed exactly what I wanted — but they still managed to mess it up. I even went back to make sure it wasn’t my mistake, and it wasn’t. The order was correct on my end; they just didn’t care enough to make it right. It’s annoying to spend money and not even get what you paid for. This isn’t the first time either, and it’s clear they don’t pay attention. Do better.
