  Went inside to order on the kiosk for a change & this girl was in there crashing out because she was fired. Turns out she literally took a company laptop hostage because the manager was refusing to give her her documentation about being fired. Even though manager lady wasn't trying to provide her the documentation newly jobless girl stood 10 toes down & manager lady had a crew member take break from running them fries to run her them papers. Meanwhile another crew member was mopping the floor & minding his own business completely unfazed. When I got my order I was hoping my fries were hot, because of the hold up in operations due to the managers negligence in providing severance paperwork to her former employee. And man let me tell you they were. Perfect amount of salt too. Nuggets were nuggets as expected Would've gotten 5 stars overall, but they were out of regular Coke & only had that stepped on diet Coke, yaheardme. Chicken Selects need to make a comeback because those new McCrispy Strips don't hit like them selects used to, yaknawmtalmbout? Also, no spaghetti :(

  The only reason I gave a 4 is because some days, the food is good and the service is good, and someday you get people who don't care about their jobs just there to get a paycheck, and the food is not that good.

  This Is the worst mcdonald's that I have, My daughter did a Doordash order for a iced mocha coffee, sprite and a Dr pepper. They process the order at 12:20 Paid for it, Waited 20 minutes outside for the order to come, It never came, In fact , my daughter tried to call mcdonald's and was hung up on not once but twice. Before the store was actually closed. After Waiting Around she ended up cancelling the order, Mcdonald's never refunded her her money. And Neither did doordash, Instead , they gave her a 92 cent credit!!! I have called the store to try to address this issue.But nobody wants to answer the damn phone. She doesn't have money like that to throw away.And for them to keep because they are lazy. She Has never had a problem with doordash before , but this mcdonald's is by far the worst. I feel like their customer Service has gone to shit. Everybody that works there is rude. They don't know how to treat people with respect. It's always Dirty. I will be writing in contacting corporate about this. And my daughter will get her drinks, FOR FREE AND I WANT A FULL REFUND!!!!!
