  ordered a pizza with 3 toppings and it came with one. then when we tried to address that issue in the app, we found we are only able to leave an email with zero urgency to correct the mistake.

  So I went in tonight to pick up a pizza and this worker named Matthew got disrespectful as heck towards me and one of my friends! When she went to confront him about a situation that he had clearly lied about he decided to proceed with aggression. I had stepped in and he said to if we have an issue you can leave my store! He had said that he supposedly slept with my friend while staying at Quality Inn! There employees do not put garlic on the crust and do not know how to cut a pizza correctly! I have ordered from them multiple times and it’s always something with them!! I will never order a pizza from them ever again!! Never once have I ever been disappointed until now!! Would highly recommend not getting pizza from there!!

  Customer service terrible, manager terrible, we asked for a refund they said they would give but didn't because we didn't bring the "complete order" we only brought the pizza that they messed up on. It's completely ridiculous that we ordered a steak and onion pizza and all the give is a Onion pizza with one piece of steak and then the give us a cheese pizza instead of a pineapple like we ordered it seems these people don't know how to read and maybe it leads back to the manager who refused to refund us for an order HE messed up and judging by the reviews off here dominos needs to be shut down or the manager and employees should be fired and replaced with people who know how to get a order right, refund when and if they mess up, and have a better attitude towards customers. Smh whatever happened to " the customers always right"

  Apparently reading isn't a required skill for employment here, they messed up not one but 2 of our orders tonight, the first a ham and pineapple pizza and received a cheese pizza. The second, a philly steak and onion pizza recieved an onion pizza with one piece of steak on it. Had to drive 30 minutes back to the store to return incorrect pizzas , recieved refund for first order. The second order they refused to refund for the single pizza because it was part of a larger order I would have had to bring the entire order back reverse charges for the whole order and pay for it again. They should have communicated that when I called before returning to the store even then the rest of the order would have gotten cold. Umm no thanks...
