We waited almost 50 minutes for our food after being told it was coming out together—only for every single dish to arrive cold. When I asked for the manager, it took another 6 minutes for him to come out. He showed no concern or accountability and simply said he’d “fix the checks.” We had four checks, and he took $20 off total, which we then gave entirely as a cash tip to our waitress, the only bright spot of the night. She did everything she could and was wonderful. Management clearly didn’t care about food quality or customer experience. Extremely disappointing. This was our first and last visit to this location.
