- WSWarren Sinka2 days ago1.0This is by far the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. The service was next to none. Got 2 5pc chicken select boxes and it was $32. At that price you would think they would fix you fresh food. Well I got old dry chicken, cold sides, and biscuits I could use as hockey pucks. I will not be going there again.

Then we waited while others behind us were given their food first. When we finally asked why, The Employee said it would take 20mins for chicken. When we asked for a refund. The employee read our ticket, realized the back line had never been informed and handed us our food within 3 mins. A restaurant cannot operate on 4 people, we did pass 1 more going in as we were headed out it is unbelievable that someone thought this was a good idea. Management needs to be held accountable for this.

- DEDemy EDec 24, 20253.0Sometimes everything here is hot and fresh and on point. Other times fries are cold bo bites are over cooked hard. That's the same at just about every fast food location but some try harder to correct mistakes and make the customers feel valued . The lobby is big with plenty of seating. The parking lot is big and easy to access from the road. Not sure of the lady manager that runs the shift caertain days/nights but she has glasses when she is there she is on point if there's a problem or issue she fixes it right then and there and makes the customer feel valued while remaining completely professional.
