  I recently visited the Arby’s in Farmville, Virginia, and while the staff was friendly and professional, the overall experience was disappointing due to the food quality and value. I paid roughly $14 for a meal, and the sandwich I received was mostly bread with only a couple of small pieces of meat. For the price point, the portion size and overall quality did not meet expectations. It felt more like paying for convenience rather than receiving a meal. I want to emphasize that the employees were courteous and did their jobs well, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, good service can only go so far when the food itself doesn’t justify the cost. I hope this location takes a closer look at portion consistency and value for customers, because at this price, the product should match the expectation.

  Immediately noticed the mood of the store was warm, friendly, and helpful. Guests were being treated like neighbors, service was efficient, and store is clean well taken care of! Woman at the front may have been the GM or a stellar employee working the register, fryer, and helping myself and other’s get the additional items we needed <3

  We both immediately were greeted, and recognized how clean the restaurant is. No debris on the floor or on tables. The drink station and condiments were pristine. Both restrooms were very well kept and our order was ready by the time we came from washing out hands. The manager as, well as a another employee were clearly taking pride in their work at the counter. The food was hot. The buns were soft and not smooshed. The chicken ( on the Chicken Cordon Bleu) was crispy and flavorful. The double beef and cheddar was also very good. The fries, both curly and crinkle, were perfectly fried. Very pleasantly surprised by this experience. The rest of our local restaurants should take notes from the manger here. Cudos.
