  Nothing like a real Chipotle. Tiny portions. Bowl wasn't even half full. Almost no meat. Burrito was taco bell sized. Reported issues in app and no resolution offered. From what I'm reading here this is the norm for this location. I used to eat at Chipotle all the time before i moved here. Not even close to what I'm used to from them. Farmville location is terrible. Back to Los Parota for me.

  Came inside to get a bowl, got charged for double chicken and told the worker I didn’t get double chicken, came back at me with an attitude saying the other worker did give me double scoop even though I saw the worker give me one, he didn’t even serve me and wasn’t looking when the other worker gave me one. Tried explaining with the cashier and the guy stepped in and came back with an terrible attitude. Very poor service and customer service.

  Ordered here and my bowl had lots of extra things such as beans and tomatoes that I clearly didn’t have as an option for my bowl. As well as another persons bowl that was in my order as well. When spending a decent amount of money for food as anyone I at least want my order to be correct if anything. So far off to a bad start for me. I think I’d rather go to the one in Lynchburg.

  yall need to pay more attention to your online orders. My entire order was incorrect and so were my two friends, mind you, our orders were printed out on a receipt on top of the bowl. None of us received silverware or napkins, and i just wasted 21 dollars just to end up at mcdonalds right after because they put basically everything that i instructed them NOT to put on my bowl, on my bowl. It was not edible for me. This is unacceptable

  We were excited to finally have Chipotle on DoorDash after both getting off 11-hour shifts and not feeling like cooking. I’ve eaten Chipotle for years but cannot eat beans—I specifically requested no beans due to the taste/texture making me sick. Unfortunately, my bowl was loaded with beans, and even after removing them, everything still tasted like beans from cross-mixing. It completely ruined my meal and had to be thrown away. As someone with 7+ years in food service, I understand mistakes happen, but online orders shouldn’t be treated as a lower priority—especially when it comes to dietary requests. I’ve attached my DoorDash email to confirm I have shown them proof for a refund.
