Food was good, restaurant was clean. Service was lacking. I waited about 10 minutes in line (with about 3 people in front of me) before being acknowledged. When I finally got to the register, the cashier rang me up and it was over $18 for a 3 piece meal and drink. The cashier walked away again for another 5 minutes. Another cashier started her shift, and i explained the discharge (I was charged for an extra drink). She refunded me. 2 of the 3 people in front of me did not receive the correct order. Once I finally got my meal, it came with no butter or catchup. I waited again to try to ask for some (over 20 minutes since I entered at this point) but gave up. The chicken was good. The fries and biscuit would have been better if I didnt have to wait 20 minutes for them and if they had butter or catchup.

Honestly one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. A day or two ago, The food was nasty and served cold like it had been sitting under a warmer forever. The entire place felt completely chaotic and understaffed — only a couple employees were left trying to handle an overwhelming amount of customers with lines backed up and people waiting just to get their orders taken.
There was zero visible management support, no organization, and everything felt like it was falling apart in real time. It was honestly frustrating to watch employees get overwhelmed while nothing was being done to fix the situation. Corporate or headquarters seriously needs to step in and actually come observe what’s going on in these locations because this is beyond unacceptable.
Overall, terrible service, terrible food, and a completely unprofessional experience. I will not be returning.

Just a horrible experience for me and my family. As soon as we walked in we heard employee (lady) who was the manager angry that we came in. Order was taken with an attitude after waiting almost 5 minutes a guy came to take our order. I just want to say also very unprofessional to have somebody with kissing marks all on there neck ! Taking an order. After that we waited probably 10 minutes already for food. Then we’re told there is hold on chicken there chicken person forgot to drop it. Lady tells me I can give you a refund. I said no thank you we already been waiting my family is hunger we will wait. So she storms off like it was our fault and starts yelling.This is the GM of a store is just mind blowing has no care in the world for customers it seems like. We are the ones supporting the business. Just a bad experience will not be back unfortunately we love Bojangles. But it wasn’t about the wait it’s the attitude we got for coming to eat in your place of business. This place use to have great customer service and were friendly. But now they just don’t care at all have nasty attitudes with you. They need new leadership before they run the place to the ground.
