  I frequent multiple Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations (King Street, Potomac Greens) and usually have no issues, but this location was a frustrating experience. I placed an online order and one of my smoothies was missing. Mistakes happen , that’s not the issue. The problem was the response. When I told the employee, he didn’t take it seriously or make any effort to check or fix it. I ended up having to go back to my car to get my phone just to prove my order was incomplete. That shouldn’t be necessary. A quick check and a willingness to help would’ve solved it. I’ll continue going to other locations, but I won’t be returning to this one.

  I love this tropical location! The employees named sara and simone were super sweet and had great and quick service!
