- DGDave GMar 7, 20261.0I called in a carry out order at around 1:00 today. The woman that answered the phone had very bad english skills and had a very hard time taking my simple order. She eventually hung up on me. I called back and the male who answered the call told me that he had a customer and that I should call back in 10 minutes. I told him I was in my car on the way to your store and he told me that he couldn't take my order because he had a customer. I don't know how this level of customer service is working for five guys, but I've avoided this store for six months and my first attempt back led me straight to taco bell. Previously, when I came this your store once a week, I never saw more than a couple of customers there each visit. Sometimes I was the only customer in the store. I'm not going back, ever.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
What is the best way to reheat leftover fries?
Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
Also, give those leftover fries a try as hash browns, home fries, or even as the filling in an omelet.
