    This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Wendy’s location. The restaurant locked its doors 20 minutes before the posted closing time, which is already unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had already placed and paid for an online order. When I arrived to pick up my order through the drive-thru, I was told they were “out of food.” This explanation makes no sense, especially when the order had already been accepted online. It felt like the staff simply did not want to work and were trying to shut down early rather than serve customers. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the Wendy’s brand. I am giving 1 star only because I cannot give 0. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless major improvements are made in management and staff responsibility.

    Ordered online prior to midnight. Store closes at 12:40am. Manager refused to make order. Said they were closed and refused to make the order. Stated from 1200-1230 they are cleaning and not making food. They should change their hours or honor them.

    Was trying to eat here, only to have the cashier just walk away. No be right back, or just a minute. Never was acknowledged and I just walked out.

    The manager was constantly yelling at the other employees so it took away from being to enjoy my lunch and made the environment uncomfortable. I know there has to be someone that communicates with the staff especially while busy but she was just over the top. The employee that took my order was speaking so fast I couldn't understand her so I had to ask her to repeat herself...took longer to process my order instead of what she probably intended by going fast

    I gave this location a bunch of chances, always old soggy fries, old sandwiches that have been sitting around for hours. Amazed you can open a restaurant and not have a clue to train the employees to cook fresh food.
