First time I asked for a plain burger, confirmed they heard me say plain, got back and it wasn’t plain. Second time I went through the drive-thru, ordered a “biggie deal” and they told me they don’t have those. I told her I’m literally reading from their menu in front of me and she “never heard of it”. Third time I asked for sauce, confirmed when she gave me the bag the sauce was there, get back and no sauce. My own fault for trying this location more than once but come on, do better. 👎🏻
