The restaurant locked its doors 20 minutes before the posted closing time, which is already unacceptable. To make matters worse, I had already placed and paid for an online order. When I arrived to pick up my order through the drive-thru, I was told they were “out of food.” This explanation makes no sense, especially when the order had already been accepted online. It felt like the staff simply did not want to work and were trying to shut down early rather than serve customers. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the issue. This is extremely unprofessional and reflects poorly on the Wendy’s brand. I am giving 1 star only because I cannot give 0. I would not recommend this location to anyone unless major improvements are made in management and staff responsibility.
