I ordered the food at 7:22 PM and got the text about the pickup time at 7:43, and let them know where I arrived. I clicked on "I'm here" when I arrived at the restaurant at 7:42, then waited until 7:55 before someone came and asked for my name, waited for another 10 minutes before getting the food, and it was missing an ordered item. I had to tip head of advance for the bad service. Don't offer it if you can't deliver it.
