The veggies were clearly not fresh; they tasted like they had been frozen and thawed. The tuna had an off taste immediately — I felt a tingling on my tongue, which is usually a sign it’s gone bad. I have a sensitive stomach and I’m now worried it could lead to food poisoning. The turkey sandwich was no better — barely any turkey inside, and the bread was old. After being toasted, it became rock hard and crumbled apart while I tried to eat it. We politely shared our concerns with the staff member at the counter, but she seemed completely indifferent, which only made the experience worse. This visit was honestly a huge letdown. I expect basic freshness and care, and this location failed on every level.

After several calls to the manager, who was worthless and subway HQ to no avail. They finally made me a 2nd sub. Live and learn, no more subway. PS to the franchise owner, I’m sure this ineptitude trickles down from you, get on the job.
