- CSCristina ShererOct 4, 20251.0I am extremely upset with the staff at this Safeway. Today, while I was walking to my car, an elderly woman fell on the parking lot and was bleeding a lot. My girlfriend, a former CNA, stayed with her while I ran inside. I didn't have my phone and could not call 911. The store workers just kept yelling to me that I needed to call, despite me saying I did not have my phone to do so. Eventually, someone finally called 911 so I could talk to the emergency department. No one from the store EVER came outside to check on her. They also offered NO other help. They were unkind, slow to act, and overall deeply unpleasant to be with in an emergency. Shame on these staff for their lack of sympathy for their customers. I hope when you need help, that someone with a kind heart is there to help you. It is basic human decency and should be afforded to everyone.
