I took it back to ask if she can toast it for me. She said “no, you already sliced it”. Well how would I know it is still frozen inside if I didn’t slice it. I have eaten at Panera for a long time, the price goes up, quantity and quality are not to the standard anymore. Guess I should have just bought the bagels from Lidl across the street for my child, theirs are warm and cheaper.
