  General manager is rude to the employees he treats them like shit he was yelling to a employee in front of me I don’t think the you supposed to be rude to the employee or yelling at him for any reason

  I love the layout of this particular McDonald's. It's unique with the different areas to dine all in different directions and stylistically enhanced by the glass-walled hallways connecting all three dining areas. The service was good. We ordered via kiosk and received our big order quickly, as requested. They got our order right. We were in there less than 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and cordial.

  I would give 0 stars if I could. This location was a very very and I mean VERY dissatisfying experience. 1/1/2026 at 12:58 am we were waiting at the drive thru after 4 what seem to be young adults decide to hold up the line BY ORDERING IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE ON FOOT. We place an order. Ranch snack wrap, 10 piece mcnuggets, 2 medium fries, and a medium carmel frappe. Seems simple right. WRONG. This foolish, idiotic, selfish young adults didn't paid for their order they paid someone else's. When we come forward we paid for their ORDER. After that, they MIXED UP OUR ORDER. After asking for our order and order number they toke 5 WHOLE MINUTES to find our order. They eventually found our order but did compensate for the order difference that we had to pay. After that we ask for the manager, HE SEEMED UNDER AGE. He didn't care about the situation and the lady next to the person that gives you food is like "what happened" "what happened". This is common sense YOU AND YOUR TEAM MIXED UP OUR ORDER. Never coming back, reporting to corporate.

  Trying to eat breakfast and one of the employees is sitting at one of the tables having the loudest conversation I have ever heard on a phone. Her voice is echoing off the walls. I couldn't even think straight as she rambled on and on. McDonald's is hard enough to eat at these days with the prices and food portions going down hill. I brought up the employee to the people at the counter and they looked high and their eyes were so glazed over I just walked out.

  Terrible service, the toilet is locked, they don't give you the key, it's a mockery of people…The manager lied to me by saying it was busy.
