She was the one who bought the burnt calzone to the table. Jessica was very rude and did not consider that I could not enjoy the entire calzone due to the burnt crust. I had to pick it off of the calzone. They suck. The Customer service a zero. I will never eat here again.

I was sent by an agency (Mustard Collabs) to cover the Leesburg branch, and despite driving 40 minutes, the staff showed no basic courtesy or communication. The person at the front did not bother checking the system, asking why I was there, or giving me even a minute of proper conversation. He also refused to provide his name when I asked. To be clear, I don’t care whether they were aware of the agency or not — that part is understandable. The real issue was the lack of professionalism, the dismissive attitude, and the way I was treated. If the communication had been respectful, I would have still stayed to eat and complete my work. Instead, I was left feeling disrespected and embarrassed, which is completely unacceptable from any business, especially one dealing with customers and collaborators.
