    Stole our money and delivered inedible food. We ordered groceries yesterday due to still being stuck in the snow after a member of the family had surgery and someone else's food was delivered to us. Giant offered no assistance or help since they "couldn't contact the driver". So now I have food that we don't eat, is half the value of what we ordered, and they said it could take 7-10 days to get a refund. The only solution they offered was for us to place our order again. Oh and since they gave us someone else's groceries, they also gave us a receipt with their name, phone, email, and address. Order food from here and they will give away your personal information and dox you. A huge privacy violation and should get them sued!

    I had a very disappointing experience during my visit. While in the store, I overheard the customer service manager and another associate speaking negatively about me and my friend. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected as customers. In addition, the cashier working the self-checkout area was also very disrespectful toward other customers. There was poor communication, no willingness to help, and the way she spoke to customers came across as rude and dismissive rather than professional. Customer service employees, especially managers and cashiers, should treat everyone with respect. This experience left a bad impression, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training to ensure respectful communication and proper customer service going forward.

    On 12.20.25, I visited (and frequently do so) the GIANT Food located at Seven Corners Shopping Center. Hoping to grab a quick lunch, I wanted to purchase their very tasty fried fish from the hot bar. To my surprise, I had come a tad bit too late, and their hot bar was shut down. However, one of the helpers asked if I needed help and when I mentioned I was hoping to get the fish, she politely informed me of the times in which they shut down. This was my error - not theirs. So, I politely said no worries, next time, when the helper asked how many pieces I wanted and I told her two. Believe it or not, she then made an exception for me and said they would thaw out 2 pieces for me if I could wait for 20 minutes. Uh YEAH! Besides, I was doing a bit of shopping anyway. Returning 20 minutes later, the fish was hot and ready! This is the type of service we so often here exist, but rarely ever experience. If only more stores would choose to back up their "good customer service" with people who actually know not only what it means but can really exemplify it in the process. Thanks again to the team for going out of the way so that I could enjoy a very tasty lunch - and save me the time of going somewhere else.

    I shop here often. Pretty good store but the bathrooms could be bigger. I’m a pretty large male so when I have to go I have to go. And one time there was no toilet paper so I had to wipe with my hand
