Neither is a bad thing, but it's not what the brand is known for. You should be able to share a fry bag with 3 to 4 people easy. Only two of us shared. We were nice and full. The flavor was pretty great and the crunch was a good bonus. Again not bad, just not based on the franchises brand. Customer service was amazing. The soda machine had a little glitch but you were still able to choose your drink, you just had to tap the screen a few times. Facility was clean, even the bathrooms which is a huge plus because who wants to eat somewhere with a dirty toilet room.. nobody. All in all we would definitely come back to eat here again.

For some reason I don't't get the same taste and juicy patties as the other Five Guys restaurants. The service is always excellent and very attentive. The manager Raquel is always aware about what customers need, and the rest of the team is always offering help if is needed.
