- SBSteve BJul 10, 20254.0Okay, one gripe: I asked for a burger with ketchup, and never mentioned pickles. When I got the burger, it had pickles and no ketchup. Not a big deal, I took the pickles off and put some ketchup on it. It was a great burger, as usual. They just need to pay a little more attention. I still put a couple bucks in the tip jar because people have kids to feed. That being said, great burger, great fries (and still a generous portion), and lots of Diet Coke. Also a plus: terrific music on the speakers! I had Shazam open during the meal, and grabbed seven good songs that I'd never heard before. Yes!

Is there a reason why when you touch the mirror, there a huge gap? 2 way mirrors aren't cool. Just curious. Food is okay. Wish they would cook the meat medium. Other than that, staff seems super nice.

The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
