  Nearly out of donuts at noon, despite being open until 7 pm. This is a repeated problem with this location...the few times I've gone in there, it's been early in the day compared to their business hours and they've nearly out of everything. Honestly, it's ridiculous. See photo...taken at 12:10 Eastern time.

  Ordering through the app is painful. Wrong orders. Arguments with the employees. Just don't come here.

  Food made well. Took 5min, and the store was wiped down and cleaned. Can't complain ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

  Order ahead or walk in is the same here. They keep everything at the counter so you have to get in line. Sometimes if you just have coffee it’s at the pickup side that is tiny. That aside because truly not a big deal just odd. More FYI. The donuts are not always the freshest. I know DD is not a fresh store but most places toss them after a period. I have consistently gotten stale hard one from this location. Probably a local manager trying to push them too long. No excuses it hasn’t happened to me at other shops. It’s a shame too because the location is convenient but the manager can’t seam to figure it out. They are busy due because of a lack of options. But if it works for them then okay. Just wanted to warn you. The picture is from a batch I picked up at 9am. Hard as rocks. My bad for not checking at the store.

  I was doing one of my many deliveries around FC on a normal day, however this day I had a particularly unpleasant interaction with this bald supervisor who has the absolute worst attitude and condescending tone one could ever receive. Beware delivery drivers for dash and uber, he will make you jump through hoops to just confirm and then insult you directly if you inform him otherwise. He needs to go back to training because that is NOT how you speak to people or customers. Very Unprofessional.
