I requested no contact, leave the pizza at my door but he was not budging. I been ill all day and the pizza was for my kids, I literally had to go outside. From basement apartment to the main road of the buildings. I did report it but honestly I am very disappointed (probably in my feelings) but I been sick and getting out of my bed go to up the stairs and walk to the main road to just hear the driver telling me it is not “his fault” it is too dark. He was outside someone else across the street on someone’s back door apartment.

Would have been fine if I wasn’t told 30-40 minutes.. also asked for my pizza well done, it’s soggy. I was still required to pay full price for this which is honestly insane considering I already ate dinner while I waited. Oh also, I called to check the ETA and they said 10-15 more minutes. It was 30 more minutes until I got my food. Terrible customer service as well. When I asked why it took so long he “didn’t know.” Okay!!!

The food was freezing cold, wrong, and they skimped out on the stuff I specifically paid extra for. They refused anything but a credit for "next time" even tho I vehemently told him there would never be a next time. Avoid at all cost. Walk uphill through the snow both ways to any other pizza place to avoid this dump. The best part BY FAR was the sealed sprite I got with my order even though I was shocked they remembered it.

My food was cold and hard as if the pizza was old when I called and asked to speak to a manager they said there was no manager on duty they wrote down my information that someone will call me and no one never callednot only that the guy that delivered the food was extremely rude.
