From basement apartment to the main road of the buildings. I did report it but honestly I am very disappointed (probably in my feelings) but I been sick and getting out of my bed go to up the stairs and walk to the main road to just hear the driver telling me it is not “his fault” it is too dark. He was outside someone else across the street on someone’s back door apartment.
