  I’ve come here twice, Once when they first opened and then again more recently. The first visit, after we finished dining the owner thanked us, introduced himself, and gave us his card. May Allah grant the brother success inshallah. As a Palestinian I always try to support the Uyghur community, so I will keep coming back. Both times the food was delicious. Loved everything we had ordered. I got royal laghman, korma chop noodle, ghoshan, and fried eggplant. everything was truly 10/10 amazing. Thank you

  I recently visited Dolan, and it was an exceptional experience. The manager was fantastic—very welcoming and attentive—and really made us feel at home. The live music added a great vibe and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The food was out of this world. Everything was made to order with fresh ingredients, and every dish was incredibly tasty and full of rich, bold flavors. You can really taste the quality and care in every bite. Overall, Dolan delivered on every level: great service, amazing food, and a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back.

  I rarely leave reviews but this place was truly exceptional. Beautiful and well decorated interior, impeccably clean, and creates a pleasant ambiance. In addition, our server was extremely friendly and helped us try out some Uyghur classics. It was our first time trying this cuisine and it was a step above our expectations. Every meal was very flavorful and spiced liberally, yet it was not overpowering. We kept saying to ourselves that this was truly exceptional food throughout the entire meal, and usually we are more critical. On top of this, the service was very quick. I saw hallmarks of an overall very satisfying experience. Its not a place where the food is good but the ambiance is lacking, or food takes a while but is worth the wait. You get it all, with no shortcomings. And that is why I'm writing this review. Its not just about the food, its about the entire experience. And this place does it exceptionally. Highly recommended.

  We had a terrible experience at Dolan Uyghur Restaurant. The food is good with a solid 5 of 5, but the service was just terrible. We waited 15 minutes to order our food (we didn’t even have water) and I would imagine we would have waited all night if I didn’t go ask someone to get a waiter for us. We were told our table was assigned to a girl but I never saw any girls serving us. We were lately reassigned to a guy who was okay. But after meal we waited for another 20 minutes to check. I’ve been to many Uyghur restaurants but this time I don’t feel welcomed as a non-Uyghur or non central Asian people. Though the food is delicious, I would never come back and I will suggest all my friends not to go this place.

  When I entered this fine establishment I was overwhelmed by the beautiful interior. The blue color on the walls was just so calming and serene. The staff were so friendly and answered all my questions and gave me suitable recommendations. I tried the royal laghman and to say that it was delicious is an absolute understatement. Each bite was like I went to Jannah and then came back to earth once I finished chewing. The noodles were chewy but also pliable enough that they easily were able to be eaten. The beautiful vegetables tasted so fresh. The beef was tender and melted in my mouth. The farther I got into the plate the more that I wanted to eat. The broth was a wonderful addition and I savored every single drop. I had never before eaten Uhygur cuisine , but after this beautiful experience I will definitely look forward to eating it again. Eating this meal was like an out of body experience as each flavor complimented the other in a perfect cacophony of pure deliciousness. I highly recommend this restaurant.
