    If I could give zero stars I would. The spanish employee there was so rude. She served me literally three pieces of chicken when I asked for more she said you want double protein I said no normal and she stared at my soul. I don’t often write reviews but had to this time. I was traveling and after a eight hour ride I wanted my parents to have a good meal and they literally killed our mood. After taking my our food with small portions we dinned in and they kept staring at us and giving us looks. The manager should actually work on the staff and service as the previous reviews say the same thing. If you can’t handle your own store don’t buy it in the first place. Literally spoiled my first time experience in Virginia.

    Terrible customer service. Small portion sizes. The manager there is a total jerk Jose Aleman who cares more about selling more products than he does about the customers who frequent the business. Gives incorrect information and does not honor Chipotle promotions. My family and I went in for a BOGO promotion being offered today. My kids checked out and they rang up our 6 bowls together. The total was $78. I asked if it took account the promotion since it seemed high. The cashier replied yes. I looked at the receipt and it wasn't reflected. After waiting 45 min to order, the manager(Jose) said they were too busy and if we wanted the promotion, had to be wrung up separately and we would have to wait in line again even though our food was sitting on the counter. He said I needed to read the fine print of the promotion. I tried to show him that the email clearly stated that we could have up to 5 free items on the order but he blew me off. Bottom line, dont waste your time or money at this location.

    I had a terrible experience today with a Chipotle employee who was serving rice, chicken, and beans. She was making fun of customers and didn’t give them enough time to choose from the menu. When a customer went back to her again, she made fun of them with the other employees.
