From what I can see, they don't tie their hair up, but if they do, they have to wear a hat, which is for the kitchen, please. And it's not good that they don't tie their hair back, and the customers don't want that. I admit the place is good, the food is good, but I didn't like that they don't tie up their long hair. They should wear a special hat for the kitchen. I don't like that and in the Plato is a bowl, but it's awful, and they gave me some measly chips even though I was hungry. But I do recommend this place.
