I have tried to visit twice in the last week but left both times without food because they were out one of the four ingredients I order with my meal. In recent months I have experienced additional ingredient outages and have had delivery orders arrive incorrectly (which brings up another issue - the app is useless when order issues occur). Strangely (or not), I haven’t experienced similar issues at other local Chipotles. I have tried to submit feedback to this location directly, but there is not an easy way to do so.

- OSOrlando SuarezJan 13, 20261.0This is by far the worst Chipotle in the entire area. Today I ordered a bowl, and the young employee served what appeared to be a normal portion of chicken. When I got to the register, the supervisor/manager (woman) told the cashier to charge me for extra chicken without asking me. I immediately told her that I did not order extra chicken. She aggressively grabbed my bowl from the tray, threw it in the trash, and made me a new one “her way,” with barely any chicken. I had to repeatedly ask her to add the rest of the ingredients, and she did so with a very bad attitude. At that point, I had already paid. When I told her I was going to file a complaint, she said she didn’t care. On top of that, she humiliated the young employee on the line by speaking to him harshly in Spanish, in front of customers. The cashier later told me it was his first day on the job. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. The service here is consistently poor. Corporate management should seriously address this and properly train their staff in customer service. The behavior at this location is unacceptable and extremely disrespectful.
