Dasher waited at the restaurant was told by the cashier that they had no orders. After the dasher showed them the receipt, they still refused to make the order and sent him on his way. I tried calling baskin robins twice, no answer both times.

Employees said they didn't know how to do the promotion and try in the app. The app said the store was closed (it was obviously not closed, us and a dozen other customers were in there 1+ hour before closing). - JSJeremy SintonFeb 1, 20251.0Ordered a cake for a party on Christmas. We were told on the phone that they were open until 5 on Christmas, so we had the pickup at 3. Went to pickup the cake and they were closed and nobody was there. Tried calling the number for over a week and nobody would ever answer, so we finally went in person to speak to somebody about what happened. Manager tried to just hand us the cake, which was completely deformed and probably inedible at this point, as if nothing had happened. We obviously refused the cake and asked for a refund, which we were told was impossible since the owner wasn’t there. Manager said the owner would call the next day. The owner never called, but the manager did and said we had to come BACK in and get the refund. We said to just refund the card, he said no, we said send a gift card instead, he said no, we had to physically come back to the store, when we were just there. We asked for the owner’s number, since he was supposed to call us and never did, and he gave it to us. Called and texted the owner 4-5 times and they always ignored us. This still hasn’t been resolved over a month later, completely ridiculous.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
