  These bagels and muffins are always delicious. I had a great customer service experience on April 28, 2026 at the Jefferson St., Falls Church location. The cashier (female, blonde hair) was very friendly.

  Worst place to order online. If they remember to prep your food, don't expect it to be ready in less than half an hour.

  I don’t know who was working this morning when I went in, but GOOD GOD everything was on point and perfection. It was quick, efficient and like always - the crew is also so welcoming 😄

  Staff was incredibly dismissive when asking for the status of my order. It took over 45 minutes to finally get a bagel sandwich, which is extreme. when asked to speak to the manager yet again I was dismissed by Amanda, the GM and one of the associates just handed me a card and went about their day. Very poor customer service I would not allow any of my businesses.
