  Uniquely bland: The staff were friendly and it’s a nicely designed restaurant, yet the food is awfully bland, even the meals you’d expect to find flavor in. The soups are basically water with a hint of real spice and the vegetables are practically raw. It’s really unfortunate because everything other than the food is great.

  The best Uyghur cuisine I’ve had—every single dish was absolutely amazing. The staff were so friendly without being intrusive, which made the experience even better. There were three of us, and we each ordered different dishes—every one of them was delicious. We’ve tried the same cuisine in different states, but this place is truly the best of all. There are no photos because the food smelled so incredible that the moment it arrived, we couldn’t resist—it disappeared immediately. Thank you so much for the incredible food—it genuinely reminded me of my country, which I miss 🤍

  Great spot, stopped in on Monday afternoon with a couple of buddies and the food was killer !! Everything came out extremely fast, and the vibe felt fun and relaxed. Our server Ryan was also hilarious and rolled with every one of our awful jokes like a pro. All-around fantastic experience !

  We were celebrating friends birthdays so there was 11 in our party. We went late afternoon but before dinner, so it was a calm time. Our waitress, Aigerim was amazing and very attentive. She helped us through the vast menu and answered all questions. The food was not only delicious, it was fresh! And also well presented. The tea’s and dessert selections were excellent too. The restaurants, decor and lighting creates the perfect ambience to celebrate happy any occasion. Will absolutely go again. (Tbh, this was my 2nd time and they were exceptional with service and food). Thank you

  After travelling all the way from London, this was the perfect welcome. Dolan Uyghur Restaurant is located in Falls Church, Washington, D.C. From the moment I stepped inside on that sunny afternoon, I was impressed. The space is remarkably spacious and beautifully decorated with traditional Uyghur arts and crafts, creating a comforting and relaxing atmosphere. The service was equally wonderful- the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. The food was truly amazing and authentic. I particularly loved the lamb kebabs; they were fresh, juicy, and aromatic. The hand-pulled noodles with stir-fried meat and vegetables were also a highlight. Whether you’re meeting friends or hosting a dinner, I highly recommend this spot. Thank you for the excellent service and a delicious meal!
