- PPPaula PinedaApr 22, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The staff was extremely unprofessional and rude. While I was ordering, I could clearly understand them speaking negatively about me in Spanish, and it was actually the manager who started it. They even laughed at me when I politely asked for more rice, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. On top of that, the portions were unacceptable. I was given barely any chicken—maybe five small pieces—and the bowls were almost empty. For $25, I expected much better quality and service. Overall, the behavior of the staff and the poor portions made this a very frustrating visit. I hope management takes this seriously and works on improving both customer service and consistency.
