  The fajita veggies were oddly cut and served raw. There seems to be no quality control at this location. Tried to give it an another chance after a terrible delivery experience involving nothing getting delivered, but this place sadly is poorly operated. Choose a different location if you can.

  I stopped by the Chipotle in Falls Church expecting the generous, satisfying burritos I remembered. Instead, I paid nearly $30 for two burritos so tiny they were almost comical. The portions have quietly shrunk while the prices have soared—an increasingly common disappointment. What puzzled me more, however, was the prominent “LGBTQ+ Friendly” badge displayed on the listing. This has nothing to do with basic rights or human decency. Everyone deserves to be served with dignity regardless of who they are. Rather, in an area like Falls Church—overwhelmingly Democrat and populated heavily by government employees—this kind of label feels like pure political signaling. It’s a virtue badge for one side of the culture war, implying that without it, the business might be suspected of wrongthink. In 2026, treating customers equally shouldn’t require a rainbow political endorsement. It comes across as divisive rather than inclusive, and oddly out of step with the idea of a neutral place to simply grab a meal. Chipotle has perfected the formula of charging more for less while layering on performative gestures. A decent burrito and straightforward service shouldn’t come with a premium price tag or a partisan footnote.

  Una verdadera verguenza el dia de hoy fui con mi hijo a pedir un pedido me sente con mi hijo de 9 años antes de hacer linea y un personal le levanto la voz a mi hijo diciendole si va ordenar o no como yo estaba en el celular hizo como si ni estabamos ahi pasaron los otros compañeros y les hizo señas que no nos atendieran mi hijo llorando eso no se hace una verguenza le reclame a todos y se hicieron los que no entendia la verdad es inaceptable y bochornoso respeto por los niños y volvere a reclamar pesimo lugar

  I would give zero stars for service if I could. They would not let my father pick up my order even though he had a receipt and I couldn't really walk there because of a medical problem and they were rude and wouldn't let him take the order without a confirmation number even though they don't give one to you on the app. All in all I had to walk there and get it. And they were talking bad about my dad in Spanish in front of him.

  I stop by this café occasionally because my son absolutely loves your food. I’m a chef myself, but I’m truly impressed by how clean your café is—it really commands respect. You guys are doing a fantastic job; keep up the great work! You are always kind and welcoming; your smiles brighten up my day—and my son’s—whenever we come in for a meal. I’m so glad that Falls Church has such a delicious and genuinely clean place like this. The kitchen always looks spotless. I think management should take note of this—and definitely give every employee a one-time bonus.
