  As of 3/28/26 I ordered my pizza on the app, and did carry out, get all the way home, and my pizza is wrong. My receipt was correct on the box, I ordered a medium pan pizza with crispy pepperoni, and half black olives. instead, I got a hand tossed pizza, with regular pepperonis, and no black olives. This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered and got the wrong thing from this place, the last time I went they told me they were out of what I wanted, but not until I came back inside and asked why I got the wrong stuff!! How am I gonna walkin, grab the pizza from you and your not even gonna mention it!?!? And also, don’t try and call them, you’ll talk to a Pizza Hut hotline and when the transfer you, you’ll sit and wait because they don’t pick up the phone! I’ll give them credit, when the order is right, the food is great. But the poor service I have received lately is unacceptable, waisted 1800 hut points for a crap pizza!

  Considering Pizza Hut was my fav place to eat for awhile this is extremely disappointing. But, more than that just outright sad and embarrassing. Made an order for 3 pie to feed the fam just for the app to glitch on the payment method. Not a big deal just a simple phone call could fix it. Or so I thought I called pizza hut and for abt 45 min straight the call center tried to connect me to the store location and the only people who would even answer is the same call center. So i went in a pointless circle listening to the same 5 people answer the phone and tell me they'd transfer me just to answer my call again and that did nothing but frustrate me. Why do you have people answering the phone if they cant help or even transfer to the correct location. and it wouldn't even be an issue if it wasn't for the fact that i spoke to 5 different people who could not even transfer a call correctly Then finally when it came down to the order i tried to deal with it through door dash driver to have him speak to them in store but just as useless as the call center we got no where and i cudn't even get the food. Worst part was they all agree it cud easily had been fixed if i just spoke to one person who was in the store. So thank you for wasting my time and leaving us hungry for your repeated mistakes. Guess we switching to Dominoes from now on. That was horrific.

  To the General Manager, I am writing to report a very frustrating experience with the Fairlawn, Virginia Pizza Hut location. I received a pizza that was not cut at all. I had to cut the entire pizza myself at home, which should never happen with a basic order. When I tried to call the Fairlawn store to report the issue, my call first went to a call center, which then transferred me to the store. After explaining the situation to the employee at the store, I was hung up on without any attempt to apologize or resolve the problem. This was not just about an uncut pizza. It was the lack of customer service and the way the situation was handled that was most disappointing. I expect better from a well known brand like Pizza Hut. I would appreciate a response from management and a proper resolution to this issue. Sincerely, A disappointed customer

  Ordered the online delivery deal of 2 large pizzas, cheese sticks and even paid an extra dollar for it to be cheese sticks instead of bread sticks. I delivered through the app. Why go through DoorDash? Don’t ask me. (Our DoorDash driver was great!) though, they used to have their own delivery system which would reassure you’d get what you’d pay for. Also paid $47 after the total only came to $38. Isn’t that stealing? I called the store shortly after and was told they’d get the manager and sat on a ridiculously annoying hold. Seems like Pizza Hut is going down hardcore. Don’t recommend eating or ordering here again. Not to mention, it tasted pretty MID. Rather get 7/11 pizza for cheaper. DO BETTER
