I told the people behind the counter that it didn't taste good, but they didn't care. I ordered a turkey sandwich and they made me pay for it. We stop at this sub way at least 2x a month traveling. I was disappointed that they didn't offer to make it right.

We pulled away and headed back on the highway before opening them to give them a chance to cool off a bit. To both our dimay, the cookies were disgusting! They had obviously been handled with utensils covered in sandwich dressings and mayo. Since we were now too far away to turn back and the store had closed, we just threw them away. I emailed subway to try try to get new cookies another day, maybe on our way back through town, but all we got was an apology. Very disappointing 😞.
