I wasn't going to write this review, as my original complaint had been resolved. However, after witnessing what I can only describe as cognitive bias based on my appearance, I feel it is important to share my experience. Upon entering the store and taking a seat to wait my turn to order, the manager stopped working on the order she was processing and asked, in a terse tone, whether I was ordering or picking up. I replied that I was ordering. When the line cleared of all but one person, I stood up to wait in line to order. I approached the counter and placed my order. Once I was done ordering, I asked the gentleman if I could speak to a manager about an order I had placed the day before that was undercooked. He said, " Sure,” and added that he could have it remade at no cost, to which I agreed. He asked if I still needed to speak with the manager, and I said no, my issue was resolved.
The gentleman then went to inform his manager that he was giving a customer a free sandwich because of a bad experience, to which the manager asked which customer, he pointed at me, and she (the manager) said "no." (Keep in mind I've frequented this location numerous times, and never once had a complaint). The manager proceeded to the counter, and I approached as well. She then asked me if I had spoken with a manager yesterday about my order, and I said no. I was unaware that I needed to call the day of to complain. I also said that I wasn't going to complain, but I was passing by and thought of buying another sandwich. She said no to the sandwich, and I said, "Okay, I'll just write a review about my sandwich experience," and she said, "Okay." I then asked for her name; at first, she was reluctant to give it, but she eventually provided it and said it was also on the window. She then asked for my receipt, and I said I didn’t have it. I said this is the credit card I used, and she asked me to pull up the transactions, which I did and showed her. She said she would do it this time, but in the future, for me to call the same day and speak with the manager, to which I said, " Copy, I understand. At that point, I didn’t see a need to write a review.
I left the store to go to the bank to withdraw some money for the gentleman who helped me, as a way of thanking him for his good customer service. When I returned, I walked to the counter to ask the gentleman if he could accept tips. He said yes, so I gave him a tip, and he walked to the manager to inform her. However, before he could explain the purpose of the money in his hands, the manager, glancing in my direction, informed him that they couldn't open the register for change. He then explained that the money was a tip and asked if he could keep it. The manager, in a dismissive gesture, signaled he could keep it.
This brings me to my cognitive bias statement: every initial action this manager took towards me was reflexive and without contemplation, leading me to assume that my appearance played a heavy role in her initial decision.
The gentleman has a bright future, as he is unencumbered by the biases his manager holds.

Our office has ordered from here many, many times. The last 5 times that we have ordered, our food is NEVER ready when it says it will be ready. They have forgotten items, items prepared that were not what we ordered, had to have orders remade and the service here is just awful. If you place an order for around 11:00 am, they are always still cleaning the space, the floor is sticky everywhere in the restaurant and the employees are just down right rude. Today was the last straw which is a shame because when the food is made correctly, it is delicious. Hopefully this location will get a manager in there that actually cares about the product they serve.

I have reported this location to Fairfax County Food and Beverage Tax Dept.
Why am I being charged a 14% tax on food when the rate should only be 10%????

Order is supposed to be ready at 5 PM. I was told they haven’t even started on my order and that there’s 15 people ahead of me. Now it’s 5:35 and I was told “they just started on your order.”
VERY DISORGANIZED. They were not prepared well at all for Super Bowl Sunday and it’s very disappointing. I won’t order from this location again. EVER. OWNER: let’s do better. Get employees who can handle the sales. This is beyond ridiculous. Super Bowl comes around every single year: your employees need to prepare for this

Am I able to submit ideas to Wingstop for future consideration?
We at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. ("Wingstop") are proud that our fans are excited by our brand and want to share their ideas, innovations, flavors, and other wing-loving thoughts with us. However, Wingstop has a full-time staff of wing experts who we rely on to generate new ideas for our brand and our fans. Not that your ideas are unworthy, but you don't want to put the team out of a job. And our lawyers tell us that we need to avoid unsolicited ideas because we don't want to have any dispute as to ownership of those great ideas. Below is more legal mumbo jumbo explaining our policy.
UNSOLICITED IDEAS
Customers of Wingstop may have the perfect idea for a new concept, and we may be missing out on an exciting opportunity, but ownership and protection must be considered. Wingstop maintains a policy that does not permit it or its employees to accept any unsolicited ideas from outside sources (fans and other third parties).
Wingstop strives to innovate and create through internal business departments and their employees. With this in mind, if we create a new concept through our internal experts, and a talented customer/fan submits a substantially similar idea, determining who the originator of the wing-tastic idea is would be a challenge. To better protect ourselves as well as all of our fans out there, we must adhere to this strict policy which does not permit the review, consideration, or acceptance of such ideas from outside parties to avoid any confusion of ownership. Therefore, we encourage you not to send us unsolicited ideas.
TERMS GOVERNING SUBMISSIONS
If you nevertheless insist on sending us your unsolicited ideas, the following conditions apply:
Wingstop shall have no obligations concerning the submissions, including no obligation to review the submissions, return any materials, or acknowledge receipt of the submissions.
All submissions will be deleted from working files within Wingstop and no response will be delivered to confirm receipt of any submissions.
Due to archiving requirements, your email may be retained on our system, but please understand this is not an effort to keep record of our customers' great ideas; rather, it is incidental to archiving.
