  Order is not repeated after ordering and is frequently wrong. Totals aren't given, must be requested, they'll run your card for an anonymous amount. Receipts must be requested. What is ordered is either poorly made or incorrect. The dining room seems moderately clean.

  This has to be THE WORST Wendy’s in northern VA. I never wrote reviews but this one is so bad that I just have to let others know. I have given them multiple chances to maybe fix their attitude and customer service but nope… they are so stingy with the everything. They throw a fit when you show up with a coupon from the app. Almost every time I use the app, they make me scan the coupon like 3-4 times so idk what is wrong with their scanning machine. They make up their own rules regarding promotions/deals. They NEVER give me a receipt, so I can verify what I ordered is correct. The two ladies in the hijabs are very rude and need to fix their attitudes. All in all, avoid this location at all costs, I’m very shocked to see good reviews about this location (makes me think that they are fake reviews)

  My family and I are not going to this Wendy's anymore. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had. Ordered the following: 1 x Dave's Single without cheese, tomatoes, mayonnaise, and onions, medium meal with a diet coke. 1 x Dave's Single without tomatoes, mayonnaise, onions, and pickles, medium meal with a diet coke. 1 x Classic chicken sandwich with no tomatoes, medium meal with a diet coke. 1 x 10 Piece chicken nuggets meal medium size with a lemonade. 1 x small vanilla frosty. 1 x small chocolate frosty. Ordered through the drive through and the lady taking the order had to clarify my order multiple times, not a great start as they didnt seem to understand what I didnt want on the burgers. Second issue, we were asked to go and park in the waiting spot as it was a larger order, however we didnt get a receipt and one was never provided in the bag. We are pretty sure in the ordering process they added an additional burger and changed us for it. Third issue, they guy bringing out the food brought our order to a different car, the one behind us in the drive through. We watched that couple sift through the bag and then go inside to speak to someone. The employee came back out, grabbed the bag from the first car and tried to hand it to us. I said, "that is not how this works, you need to remake the food as they have already touched it." We then waited another 5 min. The employee came out with two big bags, one looking like the crumpled up first bag. When I rolled down my window he pushed them into the car and didnt respond when I asked if the crumpled up bag was the same food as before. He walked back inside quickly. At this point I was beyond frustrated and had to be back home due to another event. We left and checked the food when we got home. All of burgers had cheese, mayonnaise, and tomatoes even though we asked for those off on most of the burgers. There was an extra french fry in one of the bags and an extra burger. We are emailing corporate to get a full refund for this unacceptable order and service. I tried calling the store when I got home but it just rings and rings. I also am not able to go back the rest of the day nor do I think the employees would be helpful anyway. If the manager wants to make this right they can respond to this review. I recommend anyone else steer clear of this location for the time being.

  On multiple occasions, this has been the best Wendy's I have been to in my travels around the state. Every other one should be modeled after this one. My one critique is that the coca cola freestyle machines in every Wendy's, including this one, is chronically out of a large number of drink flavors
