  So I came there around 5:03 PM and of course I got my order in and everything but the lady that was handling my food at the drive-through was so nasty. Her attitude just ruined my appetite. It was so horrible that I didn’t even wanna eat anymore. I asked her how much the total was when I got to the window cause I forgot and of course, I understand Spanish completely, and she said the word : (bullshit ) to me !! and after that she went to go looked at her screen and came back to the window and told me the total all disrespectfully and rude !! when I finally got my food She handed me the dollar bills that i was owed but not my total amount owe to me ,i knew on the top of my head, I was supposed to get some change and I asked her for the receipt and yet again She got a attitude with me and all I asked for was a receipt. I didn’t even let her know that she gave me the incorrect change at all and she told the other lady to give me my receipt and that lady gave me my change correctly but all this attitude was so uncalled for!! To be honest with you, I’ve never had a problem with this location if I work in the shopping center myself and come here for lunch all the time, but that lady who handled my food today I never wanna come back to this place ever again no matter how good the food is in how timely the food is given I don’t want to return here again. I did not appreciate the attitude and I definitely don’t deserve to be treated in such way and did not appreciate somebody saying the word (bullshit) to me , Literally the word bullshit in Spanish. Especially in front of my kid in the backseat so happy that he did not speak Spanish, but he gets the point because of the attitude that was given to his mother thank you Wendy’s. I hopefully you will hire better people!! Hopefully the manager for the owner, in fact, he This and retrains their employees to do a better job in customer service, no matter how frustrated they are because to be honest with you that’s how you lose customers no matter how desperate you are for employees don’t go down the route on hiring The wrong people to service your customers because you will lose more money than saving money on hiring just anybody!!

  Visited Wendy's on 3/30/26 at 2.30pm. while I was waiting for my turn. I saw cashier took an order, the customer before me. While cashier was waiting for food. He looked at screen for online order. He walked to the trash can and picked a paper. He didn't wash his hands. He put fries and sandwich in the tray for a customer without washing his hands. I talked to the lady manager on duty. This is a big issue/ concern as a health violation. Health department could fine Wendy's. I told manager, I will buy food somewhere other than a Wendy's today after seeing cashier action. Manager said, store manager is not correcting or discipline. She is not a firm with employees or Wendy's/health department regulations. Wendy's standard gone down. Think twice before stopping at Wendy's.

  Sitting in the parking lot writing this so I don’t forget later. Talk about fresh burger, nuggets and fries. AMAZING BURGERS! And service. Everyone was so kind and sweet. My little accidentally launched his tray into the air and ketchup flew 3-5 feet away and the sweet young man came to help us mop it up. I can’t wait to return!!!
