- MSMichael SmithApr 6, 20265.0I am a daily smoothie guy here. I go to this specific tropical smoothie on purpose. I have a trop next to my house (Burke), and then one right next to my office (Chantilly across fast food central), but I make sure to stop at this top of Braddock road location every week day on my way to the office. The staff from management and down have the best customer service. It’s almost like family with how they treat their customers. They are accommodating with drink customizations. They call you by first name. They bust their ass to make sure everything comes out FAST. Every order is a priority to them. They remember your personal drink too. You see them doing orders of 100 smoothies and sandwiches every Thursday morning for the local school and they still will go out of their way to make sure your smoothie is good to go. I will tell you this as one of the biggest tropical smoothie fans in existence, you can’t get better than this location. I have been to them all. Across different states. This one is ran by a lady named Monica who just goes above and beyond for her customers and her staff. Monica will make sure you’re using your app to make you receive your rewards. She is an advocate of the “tropical hour” where you get 5.99 smoothies. I highly recommend this place. I take my kids now too just to get healthy snacks. Not a lot of places where you can have healthy eats in this area. The quesadilla, the Caesar wrap and the all American wrap are my go tos. Blimey Limey is the best smoothie. Make sure you go say hi to Monica and let her know you’re thankful for running such a great store.
