  Greeted when entered! And staff offered to take our plates. Bagels were a little over toasted, but overall a great location.

  I was dining with a friends and I had to use the restroom and the guy cleaning up the restroom told no and asked were you a payron I had go get manager just wash my hands I am person disabilities and I felt uncomfortable with the way to by the employee The manager had to walk to rest to the person I was ok to use the bathroom . They had no that it wet where he mopping. my disability is one my legs so I felt unstable with a sign on the floor

  The manager and the cashier Jeremy was as nice. I took a bad fall yesterday and my whole mouth is completely messed up and I've been feeling so bad I just came from the dentist and the manager and a cashier made me feel like it's going to be okay and he literally bought me soup I love it cuz and I almost got tears in my eyes because it was like I was in pain but to have someone be so kind to you and so sweet I will always return to this location. We need more managers and stores like this
