  All I wanted was a simple Croissant and I was told "we don't sell them, we only save them for sandwiches ". That makes no sense to me!!! How can this be a bakery and not offer a traditional Croissant!

  This past Sunday was my first time at a panera bread and i had high expectations and Jennifer, who took my order, exceeded them as she was very welcoming and took my order at a speedy rate. the food was excellent and the compliments from Jennifer on my outfit was just a plus! will be coming again soon.

  I would just like to share an interaction I had at this place. I’m a student and have the Panera points reward system, so I was able to get a free coffee. I’m in the middle of midterms so I went to sit down to study and one of the employees, an older man, asks me if I bought anything to eat. And I tell him I bought a coffee, though I may get something else later. He tells me that I am in a restaurant and can’t sit here because I am being an inconvenience to people who want to eat here. The place was pretty much empty, and I don’t think customers should HAVE to buy a meal to be able to sit and take a zoom meeting. I found him to be very rude and unprofessional.
