  They DO NOT like giving people soda. This franchise hates giving soda so much that they replaced their customer-facing soda machine with NOTHING.

  I went during the evening to order a snack wrap meal and the person at the drive through register was a young Hispanic lady (late teens/early 20s) and literally got my order wrong over 7 times on the monitor. It took at least 10+ times of kindly correcting her and asking if she was “still there” to confirm if my order was correct so I could pull up to pay. She was completely inattentive and distracted and kept saying “huh?” over and over. It was a simple order for the snack wrap meal and a McFlurry with 2 added toppings. Then, I pay and I discover my order STILL wrong when I get back to my house. I attempted to call the store once I got home… no answer. I then proceeded to call 6 times over the next day, at various times, and nobody ever picked up the phone. I go into the store today (2 days later) to ask them to remake it and I tell them what was wrong with the order - providing pictures and proof. After standing there at the register for 10 minutes and being watched by employees in the back, but not being attended to - they have me talk to a young European girl who then gets an older stout Hispanic lady that doesn’t understand English at all and doesn’t understand my complaint. The older stout Hispanic lady then gets a middle-aged Hispanic lady who is the manager - and for a 3rd time, I have to explain the issue with the order. THEN - the manager straight up accused me of: 1. Not calling the store saying “you never called the store and you’re showing up a day later without the food” (I showed them my call logs and pics with proof) 2. Accuses me of lying about multiple things in the order being messed up - “that’s really weird that you’re saying nearly everything in your order was messed up - I doubt it” 3. Proceeds to then tell me that they “will remake it this one time” and that if I “ever come back” that they “will not remake another order even if there is a mistake”. I told her nicely that since “I don’t live in the area, so I probably won’t be coming back, so that’s fine”. She suddenly got super upset and became even more incredibly rude and disrespectful. She responded with “GOOD - I don’t care if you ever come back!” To which I said “oh, okay”. THEN - she proceeded to DENY re-making my order and told me she would only do a refund and then proceeded to demand my full name, phone number, address, and signature for the refund amount of $16.03. She then stared me down in silence while handing me my receipt and I said “thank you, I appreciate it” and left. Absolutely ridiculous and despicable behavior over such a simple order! I have never had such a negative experience with staff at any McDonald’s.
